About a month ago, we saw the promotional video for Niji no Conquistador’s RAMEN promotional tie-in (LOVE Men Koiaji Yawame). From one comfort food to the next, 2zicon now present their CURRY promotional video. In “Retort ~Kareinaru Ai~” the girls dream up a curry themed skit that actually impresses me a bit. Let’s just say that someone needs to be the carrot and someone needs to be the hunk of beef. Musically, “Retort ~Kareinaru Ai~” is leagues away from the cool rap of “LOVE men Koiaji Yawame” trading the grooves for an almost ska feel from musical maestro Maeyamada Kenichi (Hyadain). You can get this single by scanning the QR code on the retort pouch of select packages of curry. Which brand? You got me on that one.
