From her DAOKO x Dragilia Lost album, DAOKO takes us on a tour of worlds both virtual and fabricated. DAOKO prances through elaborate set pieces with ample room for her to encircle full blown furniture pieces like she was shopping for her new Living Room at IKEA. When the chorus hits, DAOKO takes us inside Dragilia Lost (I’m assuming) for a frolic with her digital friends. Unlike most of her promotional videos, DAOKO comes through as a real living and breathing person, which strikes me as odd given its source as a action role-playing mobile game. But you know me: I’ll take my DAOKO wherever I can get it. “anniversary” is the lead track from DAOKO’s “DOAKO x Dragilia Lost” album on sale now.
